Shipping and Delivery   ———

All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during periods of high order volumes.

US customers receive free domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for orders $250 and over.

International customers 

pay for shipping via DHL Express, and cost is calculated at checkout.

Once your package is delivered by the carrier ANZA is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.

Preorder items will be processed and dispatched in full once the preorder styles become available, commencing from the date specified upon the relevant product page.

Taxes and Duties ———

The price of our items does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fees prior to completing your online purchase.

International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges  ———

Any undamaged, and unused items can be exchanged for store credit by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date. After 7 business days all sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds on any goods.

with your order number, product details and the reason for the return.

Returns must have obtained an authorisation number via email before being sent back for processing. 

Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available.

ANZA requires the return of any items intended for exchange, before the replacement items are dispatched. Any variation in product price or additional shipping fees incurred due to change of mind must be paid in full before the exchange is completed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
