The Garden II  ———


This is collaborative work by Margo Ducharme and Anton Nazarko.


These four photographs, printed on translucent satin organza, are layered in couplets, which obscures the images. They are presented together as a diptych.


These diptychs are conceptual and physical studies on conflicting truths: their layered imagery complicates the traditionally documentary role that photography plays within the realm of artistic production. The resulting visual confusion of these natural forms points to the beauty that emerges when truths converge.
